My First band and their 25th High School Reunion

This past Saturday night was one great reunion for me and a bunch of my old friends. To start, it was the North Cobb High School Class of 1983's 25th reunion and was organized by my old roommate of the "lost years", Mr. Ted Crowder. He put together a fine program which was highlighted by another reunion of sorts, a get- together of the first band I was ever in, The Drivekings. Playing with these guys in just like putting on an old house shoe- it may have been a long time since you wore it, but it still feels oh- so familiar. A super time was had by all and the festivities went on late into the night. I just hope I can still hold a bass by the time their 50th reunion rolls around...
